After dedicating 8 years to real estate development and construction, Maurice Griot embarked on a journey that led to the establishment of Black Heron Group. His career commenced in Boston alongside Arco, a prominent Developer and Design and Build firm, where he spearheaded the Acquisitions/Financial and construction administration department. Seeking greater challenges, he transitioned to the vibrant Miami Real Estate scene, collaborating with Todd Michael Glaser in crafting bespoke residences. However, driven by a vision of offering clients a uniquely personalized and stress-free home-building experience, Maurice embarked on his own venture, founding Black Heron Group.
